Training
All staff are care Certificate Trained, and have access to hundreds of courses on the training matrix. We also have Advanced Practice courses available.
We use ACC training as part of our training material. This company offer courses to develop skills and knowledge within the care sector to ensure we provide the best possible practice to our service users.
Our moving and handling thoeory and practical is provided by our own certified in house trainer.
Our Level 2 & 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care is supplied by Clair Cains assessor/tutor for KYP Health and Leisure Ltd.
All staff are Care Certificate Trained.
We train in partnership with Acc, the Aged Care Channel. With extensive access to hundreds of courses.
